Description: Learn about basic genetic principles, the historic and current ranges of gray, Mexican, and American red wolves, and conduct a statistical analysis of genetic diversity data about wolves. A separate activity set builds a story on wolfdog hybrids. The overall goal is to provide an authentic scientific experience on wolf genetics that can build empathy and knowledge for how humans and wolves could share the landscape.
